TCS is excited to welcome Mrs. Stephanie R. Wilson to our Faculty this year! We are blessed to be adding such an awesome lady and teacher to our team. Her favorite subject to teach is English/Language!  Please read her Bio below.

I am a native of Thomasville, first born to David and Sonja Reneau in August of 1964.  As a child, I was surrounded by a large family, firmly rooted in the faith.  My grandfather, W. R. “Jack” Reneau, served as a Pastor for several local churches, and my daddy and uncles served as Deacons of Barnett’s Creek Baptist church for many years.  I was raised to walk in faith and was led to Christ by our Youth Minister and Pastor when I was 14.  His leadership, combined with my family support, laid a strong foundation, as I grew into adulthood.

I married my best friend, Gerald A. Wilson, Jr. (a.k.a.:  Love One), in 1994 and became the proud parent of three children.  Since that time God has blessed us with nine beautiful grandchildren, countless adopted children, and wonderful friends. That strong Christian foundation laid during my early years prepared me for my journey; but more importantly, it has given me the tools to help lay the foundation for others as I live out my life.

I currently hold three educational degrees:  Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership.  I have served in multiple capacities within the educational spectrum, serving 27 years as a teacher and 7 years as an educational leader.

I retired from public education in April of 2019, with no intention of returning to the academic setting, but I guess God isn’t finished with me yet!

Blessings,

Stephanie R. Wilson
